Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

What is an FAQ section?An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.

I don't have this experience. Will there be training?Absolutely! All of our young recruits will receive paid training in research and communications from highly skilled professionals, including University academics

Can I save my application and come back to it later?Sadly not. But don't worry! If you want to take your time or are worried about your work not being saved, you can write your answers offline, for example in Word or notes app, and then copy and paste them into the application form when you're done 👍

What happens if I get stuck or need help?No problem! Just contact our friendly project coordinators Zimmie and Rico, who are here to help (9.30am-6pm, Monday-Friday) email: hello@myplace.community phone: 07745810657 Rico and Zimmie will also be available in person at Redmond Community Centre to answer your questions and help with your application.

What is a Community Ambassador?Woodberry Down Community Ambassadors are young people aged 13-20 who live in Woodberry Down. You will be trained to research how local communities feel about their area and represent these communities to design a positive future with local decision makers. You can find out more about the job in the download link below.

How do I apply?Easy, just fill out the form below or download the PDF version and drop it into us at Redmond Community Centre, Kayani Avenue, London, N4 2HY before the deadline. It shouldn't take you longer than 15 minutes!

When's the deadline?Friday 7th July at 11:59pm or 23:59 if you like the 24 hour clock ⏱️

Will we get paid?Yep! All Community Ambassadors will be paid £7.50 per hour for all of their work, including training.

When is it happening?Woodberry Down Community Ambassadors will be recruited by the end of July and start their training at the beginning of August. You will work around 15 hours a week for 3 weeks in August and then 2-3 hours a week between September and December
